1. We make a computer-generated, digital painting of your dog from a photo that you attach to an email sent to us. We use our best judgement as to a wonderful backdrop (environment) to place your dog into. You also need to send us your size preference in this email. There are three sizes: 8x10, 11x14, or 13x19. Also, inform us of any options you desire such as a faux mat or simulated texture (see Free Options on menu). Lastly, be sure to include your Zipcode so that we can calculate shipping charges.
2. Within a few days, we send you a reply email with a "watermarked" picture of your painting attached. If it does not meet your expectations, you don't need to do anything; there is absolutely no charge and no obligation. We will include in the email your total price including packing and mailing charges according to the size and zipcode that you initially emailed to us.
3. Contained in the email we send to you will be the address to mail your check or money-order to if you decide to purchase the painting. If you have a Paypal account, it is also possible to use that method of payment. Let us know you want to pay that way in your initial email and we'll include details. We currently are not a big enough business to warrant the utilization of credit cards and it keeps our prices more affordable. If you are sending payment, be sure to include your shipping address with your check and tell us of your decision in an email and give us your shipping address again so that we will be ready to quickly respond when your check arrives by regular mail.
